Over the Glazers, Gary Neville in a spat with former Man Utd teammate

Over the Glazers, Gary Neville in a spat with former Man Utd teammate  : In a Twitter spat, Gary Neville has become embroiled with previous Manchester United teammate John O’Kane.

In recent weeks the fans of Manchester United continued their protests against the owners of clubs with the #GlazersOut movement stepping up in front of the season opener with Chelsea.

Sky Sports pundit Neville has not convinced the Old Trafford chiefs on social media will take any discern of the protests from supporters. And that has led to a conflict with O’Kane, who was part of the club’s Class of 92 alongside David Beckham, Neville, Paul Scholes and Ryan Giggs.

Answering to a first tweet branding him a ‘Glazer apologist’, Neville said that ‘From muppets on here who think somewhat trending or an ex-player having a go will shift the owners out of the club! The owners do not leave clubs except they want to or are being hurt commercially.

‘A little bit of sound on here is not going to do a jot! It is like a fly offensive an elephant!’

That post ruffled O’Kane, who replied to his previous teammate: ‘Fans of #GlazersOut are trying to generate awareness of what the owners are doing to Man Utd simple.

Neville posted, ‘Are there 2 John O’Kanes? The one I knew that trembled at the idea of giving his all for the club and was unprincipled whilst wearing the shirt.’

Janmashtami / Krishna Janmashtami : A hindu religious festival

Janmashtami / Krishna Janmashtami : A hindu religious festival :

In 2019, Krishna Janmashtami is on Saturday, 24th of August.

  • National (Religious)
  • Also Called: Janmashtami
  • Celebrations: Festival and Dahi Handi

The birthday of Lord Krishna, Janmashtami, is celebrated with great enthusiasm and devotion in India mostly in the month of August. As per the Hindu calendar, this festival is celebrated on the 8th day or Ashtami of Krishna Paksha of the dark fortnight in the month of Bhadon.

Sri Krishna is believed as one of the most influential human personifications of the Lord Vishnu. Sri Krishna is the only one who appears in diverse colors in every stage of his earthly life. Around 5,200 years ago he was born in Mathura. The main aim of the birth of Sri Krishna was to free the planet from the sinfulness of demons.

In Mahabharata also, he played a significant role and propagated the theory of good karma and bhakti which are deeply narrated in the Bhagwat Geeta. Just before the war, Arjuna had a very inspiring and influential dialogue session with Krishna, in which Krishna had explained how an aspirant seeker might seek to join together with God. So, this formed the basis of Bhagwad Gita, which till now when studied, comes onward every time with new sense.

In the custody of Kansa, Sri Krishna was born in a prison. His father, Vasudev right away thought of his friend Nand and then decided to hand over his kid to Nand for saving Krishna from the clutch of Kansa. Kansa was the brother of Krishna’s mother Devaki. Finally, Krishna grew up in Gokul and killed his uncle, Krishna.

During the midnight, the real celebration of Janmashtami takes place because Sri Krishna is considered to be born on a dark windy and stormy night for ending the violence and rule of Kansa. Moreover, this day is celebrated with devotional songs and dances, arti, pujas in all over India as well as blowing of the Conch and rocking the cradle of Sri Krishna as a baby.

The Janmashtami celebration of Vrindavan and Mathura, the two places where Sri Krishna had spent his life, are very exceptional. On this day, homes and temples are magnificently decorated and illuminated. To obtain the grace of Lord Krishna devotees pray and keep a fast. In the temples, night long prayers are offered and spiritual mantras are sung. In India, it is one of the major religious festivals the same as Diwali, Holi and Raksha Bandhan. Those who believe in Sri Krishna and have faith in Hindu religion celebrate their sweet God’s birthday in the form of Janmashtami or Krishna Janmashtami.
